2. Information we collect

• Contact & order info — name, email, shipping address, phone if you provide it, order history, and messages you send us (email or live chat).
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We receive transaction IDs and order totals, not full card numbers.
• Studio & account data — designs, prompts, likes, contest entries, and login identifiers when you use customer sign-in (including magic links).
• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site.
• Cookies & similar tech — see Section 5.

3. How we use information

• Process and fulfill orders, including cologne and custom skateboards
• Provide the studio, contests, generation credits, and customer support
• Send transactional email (receipts, shipping updates, sign-in links)
• Measure marketing performance and attribute visits from creators or ads
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — authentication, orders, studio data, and generation credits
• Print & fulfillment partners — production and shipping for custom boards
• Crisp — live chat support when you use the chat widget
• Trybe — marketing attribution (see Section 5)
• Email delivery providers — transactional messages

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use the Trybe attribution pixel (loaded from our tracking subdomain) to understand how visitors arrive and to record purchase conversions when you complete checkout. Trybe and similar partners may use cookies or local storage to connect visits with orders. Purchase events may include order value and product identifiers — not your full payment card number. After checkout, we may send Google Ads a conversion event with your Stripe session id as transaction_id, plus order value in USD, only when payment is confirmed.

We use the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads and related measurement. Google may collect device and usage data under Google's Privacy Policy. We may add other analytics or ad tools over time (for example Meta). You can limit tracking through browser settings, industry opt-out tools, or ad platform preference centers where available.

6. Retention

We keep information as long as needed to fulfill orders, support your account, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Order records are typically retained for several years for accounting and chargeback purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@rizzsupply.co. We may need to verify your identity. Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights; contact us to exercise them and we will respond as required by applicable law.

You can opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting us.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. or where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Material changes apply from the posting date forward.
