1. Who we are

Rizz Supply Co. is a consumer brand based in Franklin, Ohio, Ohio. We sell hand-blended cologne oil and related fragrance products, custom print skateboards and complete skateboards, skatepark build-party bookings, and digital studio credits. Questions: hello@rizzsupply.co.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders for fraud prevention, inventory, or policy reasons.

3. Products and claims (cologne)

Our fragrances are cosmetic products, not drugs or medical devices. We describe how products smell, wear on skin, and how you may feel wearing them. We do not claim our products will cause a specific reaction in another person. Pheromone ingredients are disclosed as fragrance components, not guarantees of social or romantic outcomes.

Scent is subjective. Colors and packaging may vary slightly between batches. Follow label directions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Custom skateboards and made-to-order goods

Skateboards and completes produced from your design, our templates, or studio artwork are made to order. You are responsible for reviewing mockups, size, and artwork before checkout. Production begins after payment. Made-to-order items are subject to the return rules in our Return & Refund Policy, which differ from cologne.

You represent that you have rights to any art, logos, text, or references you submit and that your design does not infringe others' rights or violate law. We may refuse or remove designs that are illegal, hateful, infringing, or otherwise unacceptable.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price charged is the price displayed when you complete payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. By paying, you authorize Stripe and us to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including shipping and tax.

6. Shipping

Cologne: We currently offer free standard shipping to addresses in the United States unless a product page states otherwise. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Skateboards shipped to you: Shipping fees shown at checkout apply. Completes and custom boards are fulfilled by our manufacturing partners and ship to the address you provide.

Build parties: Boards built at an event are handed to participants on site unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipped orders.

8. Studio, contests, and generation credits

Our AI skateboard studio may offer free generations and optional paid generation credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire or change if we update the product. Unless required by law, fees for digital credits are not refundable once credits are delivered to your account or used.

Designs you create may appear in public galleries or contests if you choose to share them. Contest and showcase rules posted on the Site apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, brand, product names, and our original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Site except as allowed by law.

You grant us a license to use, host, reproduce, and display designs you submit as needed to operate the studio, fulfill orders, run contests, and market our services (including anonymized or credited examples where you have shared work publicly).

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE ALLOWED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT ORDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum allowed by law.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or your orders lies in state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes apply to new orders after posting. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
